Safe, respectful and real, by design.
Rabta is for adults who are serious about marriage. Here is how we protect that space, the tools in your hands, and the guidelines every member agrees to.
Date of birth is required at sign-up, and under-18s cannot register.
Our team checks each selfie against the member's photos by hand.
New and changed photos go back to our team for review.
Every report reaches our team, and we act on what we find.
Accounts that break the rules can be restricted while we look into it, suspended or removed.
Child exploitation is removed, banned and reported. Read our child safety standards.

A video call is a simple way to see that someone is who they say they are.
No genuine match will ask for money, gifts or your bank details. If they do, report them.
A wali or a trusted family member can be part of the process from the very start.
For first meetings choose a public place, ideally with family, and tell someone where you are going.

In the app: use Report on the person's profile or in your chat with them. You can block them at the same time.
By email: write to [email protected] with the member's name and what happened.
A child at risk: email us at once, or report to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Who can join Rabta?
Adults aged 18 and over. Date of birth is required when you sign up, and anyone under 18 is blocked from registering. An account found to belong to a minor is removed.
How do I report someone?
Use Report on the person's profile or in your chat with them, and choose a reason: inappropriate photos, a fake or misleading profile, harassment, a scam or fraud, or something else. Our team reads every report.
Will someone know if I block them?
No. Blocking is silent: the other person is not told.
What happens to members who break the rules?
Depending on what happened, we remove content, restrict the account while we look into it, or suspend and remove it. Child exploitation is removed at once, banned permanently and reported to the authorities.
Does verification mean someone is safe?
Verification tells you the person in the photos took the selfie. It cannot tell you about their character, so take your time, involve your family and follow the tips on this page.
